A Greek ICT & Robotics company is preparing a proposal for the EIC Pathfinder Open Call. The company aims to automate the phases of inspection in indoor building assets. Its mission is to digitize the maintenance process with the use of Robotics and Artificial Intelligence, thereby creating an inspection process that is lean, efficient, safe and cost-effective.
Focusing on the indoor environment of buildings under construction, the project aims to create a platform to verify the quality of the structure, providing the stakeholders with high precision information to localize discrepancies and prevent costly errors, by remotely connecting the project site with contractors and subcontractors. The robotic platform helps construction companies and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) or elevator companies to gain remote access on the project site, track the errors in particular areas of the building and provide actionable information to building developers, site managers, contractors, and equipment manufacturers.
The consortium is looking for an elevator manufacturer or automation manufacturer to complete the consortium. The focus of the collaboration will be research and development of the platform.
