L’iniziativa congiunta Clean Sky 2 mira a sviluppare tecnologie innovative per migliorare in modo significativo le prestazioni ambientali degli aeromobili e in generale del trasporto aereo europeo.
Tra le attività previste, Clean Sky 2 ha annunciato l'apertura ufficiale del 7° bando. In particolare, si tratta di una call for partners, attraverso la quale l'Iniziativa Tecnologica Congiunta Clean Sky vuole selezionare soggetti terzi al fine di sviluppare nuove conoscenze, tecnologie e soluzioni in determinati ambiti. Tali ambiti sono definiti dal Programma stesso attraverso specifici topic proposti direttamente dai core partners di Clean Sky 2, i quali agiranno da Topic Manager durante l'implementazione delle attività previste.
